Born in Rochester, New York, Sharp was an avid musician and studied clarinet as well as piano and cello at the highly regarded Hochstein School of Music. Sharp's love for theater in high school was what led her to the Boston Conservatory where she received an award. After graduating Cum Laude with a B.F.A. at the Conservatory, Sharp set her goal to perform on stage. Sharp was a part of the Broadway National Tour of Carousel and made her debut Off Broadway as Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. In the comedy that was interactive, Eat the Runt, she was a variety of characters. Sharp also appeared in Abyssinia as well as Aida. Some of her other roles included: Thunder Knockin', Jitney and The Producers. Sharp, who has worked on both the screen and on stage is currently engaged in several new projects of her own. A full-length recording is in the works. She continues to sing. Sharp, who is often either in front of or behind the camera and in the recording studio, loves staying in shape. Sharp studies Krav Maga along with boxing. Sharp likes to play piano, walk and go on a lengthy road trips. Sharp lives in Los Angeles, California with her family.
